Senior Analyst Competency Test Certificate Retrieval for HR Recruitment and Selection
On September 26th, 27th and 29th, 2023, competency test certificates were taken with the HR recruitment and selection senior analyst scheme. Students who have taken the previous competency test in August 2023 are given information by the LSP Universitas Gunadarma via their respective studentsite to be able to choose the certificate collection schedule.
Before students take the certificate, they are given the opportunity by institutions to be able to find out whether they are competent or incompetent on the LSP web using their respective student accounts.
Certificate collection is carried out at the F6 campus of Universitas Gunadarma from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. Students who claim their certificates are asked to bring:
- ID Card
- 4×6 photograph with red background, and
- Two 10,000 IDR stamp duty.
The flow carried out by students when taking certificates is:
- Students are asked to go to the table to retrieve their certificates
- Students are asked to check all the fields that have been printed on the certificate, including name, ID number and other data (the data listed on the certificate are all taken from the LSP website which has been uploaded by the students themselves).
After the contents of the certificate are accurate, students can attach a photo, affix a stamp and sign on the certificate holder’s statement of ability form. After the student has filled in the certificate holder’s statement form and attached a photo, the student can submit the certificate and form at the designated table.
This is necessary so that the LSP Institute of Universitas Gunadarma can affix the stamp on the certificate and archives the data related to the certificate that has been taken. When the certificate has been stamped and scanned by the institution, students can take the certificate and sign for acceptance of the competency test certificate.
