This procedure is required for students who previously have been permitted to take leave of absence as well as who hold non-Active Status. Non-Active status occurred when the students:
- Do not pay their tuition fee
- Do not fill and pick up their Study Plan Form until deadline
- Do not request for leave of absence
It must be noted that the period in which the students are considered both take the leave of absence as well as non-active will be counted in the studying period limitation.
Stipulation when handling non-Active status
Stipulation when taking care of non-Active status to return Active status in order for a student to be able to attend the lessons again are:
- Students have not yet filled and/or picked up their Study Plan Form until the established deadline and Students do not request for a leave of absence
- Non-active students are required to pay non-Active charge as much as BPP for each semester they hold the non-Active status
- The handling on this matter can be represented
Procedures
Here are the procedures for gaining back students’ active status:
- For students who are still in regular class (still under the 4-year period of studying) and hold the non-Active status for less than four semesters, please bring your last Study Plan Form and/or last tuition receipt to BAAK along with Non-Active Form (can be downloaded from BAAK)
- For students who are no longer in regular class (hold student status for more than 4 years or 8 semesters) or hold the non-Active status for more than four semesters, please contact staffs of Study Program office and prepare documents below
- Letter that states how long your non-Active status or Leave of Absence has been going on
- Last Study Plan Form before your Leave of Absence or non-Active
- The documents above can be submitted by sending it to our email adm.sekjurpsiug@gmail.com. Those documents are required to obtain Letter of Re-activation status as a student from Head of Study Program.
- Afterwards, submit the Letter of Re-activation status to BAAK along with Study Plan Form as well as your last tuition receipt
