Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) is a program directed by Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek) in preparing students’ future by honing their various skills as well as advancing their potential suitable for their interest and talent and these goals is achived by experiencing directly the actual working world.
This program will hopefully bring about students who are graduated with better competence in both soft skill and hard skill so that they will be ready and relevant to current labor needs as well as a good and distinguished leaders

By taking in as a part of Independent Study of Kampus Merdeka, I had the chance to learn a lot of new things and share what I had gained so far in the platform where I learn. Learning about combining psychology with start-up based business brings what I had learned in the classroom maximally. It also widens and offers me new perspectives to things as well as new way of thinking. My point is, MSIB is Cool!
Enroling in Kampus Mengajar is an unforgettable experience. There are many things to be learnt for my future. I now know the struggle of a teacher who has to face many students with their difference in personality, behavior, temperament, and so on. I learn and gain many things, such as how to face students’ mood, how to be understanding to students, how to control students so they are willing to be helpful to each other. I am so happy to be accepted in Kampus Mengajar program.
Taking a part in MSIB is a very precious and impressive experience. I am so glad to be able to meet with so many fellow students from various city in Indonesia, learning about business flow in manufacturing company and learning to apply knowledge I have gained in the classroom in the professional world. I am so thankful to be one of the students in the MSIB 2022 in the field of Organization Development & Performance Management. I never thought that I, as a students from the 7th semester, can finish the project of “Engagement Employee Survey” to+/- 1000 employees of manufacturing company. Of course I would also like to show my gratitude to Universitas Gunadarma who has facilitated MSIB program and supporting me in the administration process as well as preparing students mentality. I am also grateful to PT Mega Niaga Sejahtera as a company that has made my experience in MSIB program to be even more exciting
