Competency Test for Senior Analyst of Recruitment and Selection of Human Resource
Competency test for the Human Resource (HR) Recruitment and Selection Senior Analyst Scheme were carried out at the Gunadarma University campus. This activity is a continuation of competency-based training that has been carried out previously by Gunadarma University students. The competency test starts on 24th July 2023 until 9th August 2023, from 09.00 – 17.00 WIB.
This competency tests carried out in a relay, namely multiple-choice work, working on questions to support observation and role play (HR Recruitment and Selection Analysis practice). Examination activities are carried out paperless or almost entirely utilizing computers, both schemes and problems.
Each of the examinees (students being tested) worked through the scheme in two ways, the first by completing computer-assisted multiple choice and the other one is what is known as a written questionnaire with additional evidence in the form of a debrief between the assesses and the assessor.
In the roleplay section, the examinee performs the roleplay in front of the assessor directly and the assessor checks what has been practiced by the examinees in accordance with the activity planning and assessment process that has been approved by the drafting team and validators from the Gunadarma University Professional Certification Institute.
After completing both tasks, the assessor uploads the files that have been done to the lsp.gunadarma.ac.id web. Then, the assessors check all the workmanship of the examinees, after it is deemed appropriate. The assessors allow the examinees to leave the competency test room. The assessor will send the results in seven (7) working days, during which time the assessor also checks the overall results of each assessment. Then the examinees will receive their test result from the lsp web whether they pass or in other word, are considered competent by the assessors. If the examinees are declared not competent then the examinees have the right to appeal to the LSP admin in order to be tested again by the assessor.
