Universitas Gunadarma’s Professional Certification Institution (LSP) is an institution for profession certification which granted licensed certification of no. KEP.817/BNSP/IV/2020 from National Board for Professional Certification (BNSP).
As an institution implementing professional certification activities within P1 category, schematics owned by Gunadarma LSP are aligned with the Indonesian National Qualification Framework (KKNI) and Indonesian National Occupational Qualification Standards (SKKNI).

The offered scheme, owned by the Faculty of Psychology of Universitas Gunadarma is the Senior Analysis of HR Recruitment and Selection
The HR Recruitment and Selection Senior Analysis occupational certification scheme is developed by the Universitas Gunadarma LSP committee to meet the needs of work competency certification at Universitas Gunadarma’s Professional Certification Institution. This scheme is used as a reference for the implementation of assessments by assessors and ensures the competence of assesses in the HR Recruitment and Selection Senior Analysis Position.
The implementation of the competency test at Universitas Gunadarma is done by computerization or paperless thus reducing excessive paper use. Worksheets and questions have been stored on the web of Professional Certification Institution of Universitas Gunadarma, resulting in more efficient and faster process.
